looking to build a career in Product and Project Management. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, support the execution of product-related projects, and help drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate, plan, and manage small-scale projects across different stages of the product lifecycle.
• Support Product Managers in driving projects from planning through execution while ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with multiple departments to keep projects on track and ensure smooth execution.
• Drive operational and infrastructure initiatives that improve team efficiency and support the Product Management function.
• Manage and maintain product SKUs and related product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Create, maintain, and organize project documentation, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement new processes and methodologies within the Product department.
• Track project progress, follow up on action items, and help ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and project execution.
Requirements:
• Up to 2 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, PMO, Operations, or a similar coordination role.
• Experience in the consumer goods industry - a significant advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Industrial Design, or a related field - an advantage.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Experience working with Monday.com or similar project management tools – an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn, take ownership, and drive processes independently.
