oin the SAP Implementation Team within the IT & Information Systems Division, responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions that support the needs of the Technion's Human Resources teams, with the goal of improving processes and enhancing services for Technion employees.

The SAP HR Application Implementer will be responsible for:

• Analyzing the professional requirements of the HR teams and translating them into technological solutions.

• Configuring and customizing the SAP HR system according to organizational requirements.

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in the SAP HR system.

• Providing training and user support for the SAP HR system.

• Maintaining system updates in accordance with regulatory and business changes.

• Analyzing and developing interfaces to and from payroll systems. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering or another relevant field.

• Motivation to develop expertise in SAP applications in the Human Resources domain.

• Programming orientation and code comprehension – an advantage.

• Experience in SAP implementation – an advantage.

• Experience in systems analysis, module customization, and writing functional specifications for development teams – an advantage.

• Ability to lead projects and understand complex business processes from the analysis stage through implementation and go-live.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, interact with multiple stakeholders, and share knowledge with team members.

• Familiarity with SAP technologies such as Fiori/UI5 and ESS/MSS – an advantage.

• Experience implementing the Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management modules – an advantage.

• Familiarity with the SAP Authorization module – an advantage.

• Familiarity with payroll system interfaces, including knowledge of financial processes – an advantage.
