In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, modeling, and execution of advanced computer simulations in the field of fire safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute computer-based fire and egress (evacuation) simulations using advanced modeling tools.
• Manage and lead projects end-to-end, providing close support and maintaining ongoing communication with clients.
• Collaborate and interface regularly with architects, project consultants, and stakeholders through both in-person and Zoom meetings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating high attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Architecture, Design, Drafting, or Simulation – A significant advantage.
• Strong technical aptitude and excellent 3D spatial perception for executing fire and smoke propagation simulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD – An advantage.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications – Required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
