אנחנו מחפשים מהנדס/ת מנוסה בהובלת פרוייקטים להובלת פרויקטי פיתוח מכניים מורכבים, משלב האפיון והמענה ל-RFQ ועד העברה לייצור סדרתי.
התפקיד כולל הובלה מקצועית של פרויקטים הנדסיים רחבים וניהול מטריציוני של צוותי הנדסה מתחומים שונים, תוך אחריות על לוחות זמנים, עלויות, עמידה בדרישות טכניות ואיכות, והתאמה לייצור.
במסגרת התפקיד תעבדו מול מהנדסי תכנון, הנדסת ייצור, חומרים, בליסטיקה, רכב, חשמל, אלקטרוניקה, הנדסת מערכת, תפ״י ורכש, ותובילו מספר פרויקטים במקביל בסביבה טכנולוגית דינמית ומורכבת.

דרישות:
• תואר ראשון בהנדסת מכונות / אווירונאוטיקה / הנדסה חקלאית ממוסד אקדמי מוכר

Mechanical Project Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced engineer to lead complex mechanical development projects from early concept and RFQ stage through development and transition into serial production.
This role includes leading multidisciplinary engineering projects and driving matrix engineering teams, with full responsibility for timelines, costs, technical performance, quality requirements, and manufacturability.
You will work closely with mechanical design, manufacturing engineering, materials, ballistics, automotive, electrical, electronics, system engineering, planning, and procurement teams, while managing multiple projects in parallel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is a key position for an experienced mechanical engineer with strong project leadership skills, broad system-level thinking, and the ability to lead complex engineering processes across multiple interfaces.
Requirements:
