Responsibilities • Perform hands-on integration, validation, and troubleshooting activities in company laboratories. • Lead and support qualification and certification testing at external laboratories. • Execute system integration and support the transition from R&D to manufacturing (NPI), working closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle. • Support first production builds, conduct final product verification, and resolve manufacturing and design-related issues down to the component level. • Perform hardware, software, and system-level testing and debugging. • Analyze failures, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions to improve product quality and manufacturability.
