Utron is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the company’s project engineering activities of automated warehousing systems. This role involves full project lifecycle management, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end, from planning and execution through implementation and customer handover.

• Lead cross functional collaboration across Engineering, Planning, Electrical, Control, and Software departments while maintaining continuous communication with customers.

• Manage subcontractors and monitor project execution and progress.

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, manage project budgets, and track milestones and deliverables.

• Perform ongoing quality assurance and ensure compliance with the highest professional standards.

• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation actions.

• Prepare and present weekly project progress reports.

• Lead cross-functional activities in a dynamic industrial environment with multiple interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / industrial engineering or Practical Engineering diploma

• Proven experience in leading and managing complex industrial projects, preferably in multi-interface environments.

• Knowledge and understanding of construction and structural plans – mandatory.

• Familiarity with technologies related to automated warehouses such as conveyors, cranes, and racking systems – advantage.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and matrix management skills

• Problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with creative thinking abilities.

• Willingness to perform extensive field work across multiple project sites.

• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Microsoft Office; AutoCAD – advantage.
