About the Role:
• Lead all end-to-end recruitment processes across both corporate and retail functions, with full ownership and accountability.
• Build and manage strategic talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, social media channels, and sponsored recruitment campaigns.
• Act as a true partner to hiring managers – not just sending resumes, but advising, challenging, and refining candidate profiles to ensure the best fit.
• Connect data with people by tracking recruitment KPIs, producing reports, and maintaining ongoing analysis to help us work smarter.
• Lead the Employee Experience function, including company events, wellbeing initiatives, team-building activities, and holiday gifts.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven hands-on recruitment experience, with a track record of successful hires and the ability to demonstrate recruitment achievements.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and experience identifying candidates that others struggle to reach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with business acumen and the ability to work with data and metrics.
• Highly independent, organized, and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
• Experience in retail recruitment – a significant advantage.
• Experience leading employee experience initiatives and/or producing company events – a significant advantage.
