    This role will be responsible for on-site technical support during the delivery, commissioning, acceptance, and after-sales stages of energy storage projects. The engineer will work closely with customers, internal R&D teams, and overseas colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery and long-term system operation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support on-site commissioning, acceptance, troubleshooting, and issue follow-up for energy storage projects.

    • Coordinate with R&D and technical teams to resolve system-related issues.

    • Provide customer training on energy storage system operation and maintenance.

    • Prepare technical reports, issue records, and O&M training materials.

    • Support after-sales service related to grid connection and system operation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Communication Engineering, or related fields.

    • Experience in PV and/or energy storage systems.

    • At least 2 year of experience in installation, commissioning, or maintenance of large-scale or C&I energy storage projects.

    • Familiar with Battery PACKs, PCS, BMS, and EMS.

    • Good spoken English communication skills.

    • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Willing to travel for on-site technical support.
