We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead Navina’s Clinician Experience domain - responsible for building a seamless, intelligent experience that physicians genuinely love.
This role owns the end-to-end physician journey: from pre-visit planning, through in-visit ambient listening to post-visit documentation, workflow automation, and real-time assistance. Your mission is to drive high satisfaction and deep engagement by making Navina’s AI Co-Pilot an indispensable part of the clinician’s daily routine.
We are looking for a user-centric PM who is both visionary and hands-on - someone who deeply understands workflow design and is excited about shaping AI-powered products in real clinical environments.
Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the product roadmap for Navina’s Clinician Copilot experience. Lead the evolution of Navina as a true AI clinical copilot, unifying innovative capabilities into a seamless, context-aware workflow. Ensure consistency and cohesion across all physician-facing surfaces while continuously pushing the experience forward.
• Own and improve KPIs, including CSAT, usage, and engagement.
• Continuously identify friction points and remove barriers to adoption.
• Translate physician feedback and usage signals into rapid, high-impact product improvements.
• Own the core application layout and experience, define and deliver intelligent flows that adapt to physician needs across each stage of care (pre-visit → in-visit → post-visit).
• Design experiences that thoughtfully integrate ambient AI, generative capabilities, and workflow automation into daily practice.
• Balance innovation with clarity and trust.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Medical Managers, Designers, Customer Success, AI teams, and enterprise clients.
• Develop deep expertise in both customer operational workflows and end-user behavior patterns.
• Align execution to maximize physician value while maintaining architectural integrity and scalability.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of product management experience in complex B2B SaaS environments with workflow-driven products.
• Strong experience building user-facing products with measurable adoption and engagement goals.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate trade-offs, and make sound product decisions.
• Deep understanding of UX trade-offs and workflow-centric design.
• Experience working on AI-powered, LLM-based, or generative products, with the ability to translate emerging capabilities into real user value.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on complex, integrated systems.
• Ability to balance speed, experimentation, usability, and enterprise-grade reliability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hebrew.
• Highly independent and structured, with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership; able to learn quickly, ramp up in complex domains, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with clarity and focus.
• A collaborative team player who works effectively with other PMs and cross-functional partners to drive aligned outcomes.
