Systematics’ Training Center is seeking a dynamic Sales & Operations Manager to take full ownership of all training activities—from marketing and sales, through operations management, to delivering an outstanding learner experience.
About the Role
As the manager of the Training Center, you will lead the unit as a business operation, responsible for both revenue growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership
• Manage the Training Center as an independent business unit.
• Build annual work plans, define KPIs, and track performance and results.
• Lead marketing and sales of training programs to existing customers and top-tier organizations.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the center’s market presence.
Operational Management
• Oversee daily operations with suppliers, customers, and trainees.
• Manage instructor assignments and course scheduling.
• Handle student registration, attendance tracking, and course completion processes.
• Take responsibility for procurement, invoicing, and ongoing administrative support.
• Work closely with professional department managers across the organization.
Requirements
• Relevant bachelor's degree — required.
• Proven experience managing and operating a unit or operation, including work plans, targets, and budgets
• (experience managing a P&L center is an advantage).
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders: department managers, suppliers, and clients.
• Strong advantage: background in service sales/marketing, with the ability and desire to generate new business.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage end-to-end processes and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills, both verbal and written, with clients and suppliers.
