A Strategic Subcontractors & Partnerships Manager for our Haifa site, within Group Headquarters.
You will lead the management of strategic contracts and partnerships valued at tens of millions of USD, working closely with senior executives, strategic partners, and government entities in Israel and worldwide. This is your opportunity to combine deep business acumen, contractual expertise, and broad organizational influence at the heart of a leading defense organization.
In this role you will
Define, lead, and execute the Group's long-term strategy for strategic subcontracting and partnerships
Lead complex, multi-year negotiations with strategic suppliers, partners, and governmental entities in Israel and internationally
Manage strategic contractual engagements critical to the Group's business and technological roadmap
Operate in a cross-functional, matrix environment with Business Units, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Security
Support Business Development and Marketing activities including tenders, proposals, and bid strategies
Identify commercial, contractual, and logistical risks and proactively mitigate exposures
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with suppliers and partners
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Master's degree - an advantage
5–7+ years of experience in project-based procurement, strategic contracts, and complex commercial engagements
At least 5 years of proven experience leading senior-level negotiations involving multi-million-dollar contracts
Experience working with executive management and senior stakeholders; defense industry experience - an advantage
Proficiency in drafting and analyzing contracts, experience leading RFQ/RFP processes, and working with ERP systems
Hebrew and English at a very high level for contractual writing and negotiations; additional languages - an advantage
Proven ability to lead and influence within a complex matrix organization, strategic thinking, independence and results orientation
Previous managerial experience of 2–5 years - an advantage
