• Confirm Sales Orders (SO’s) from Customers, Engineering, and R&D according to loading plans and established procedures.

• Track and monitor SO’s throughout the production process.

• Monitor chips and plates orders from primary departments or purchasing teams.

• Perform availability checks for chips, plates, semi-finished goods (Semi-FG), and finished goods (FG) prior to order confirmation.

• Maintain and update forecast (FC’s).

• Prepare and release chips, plates, or elements for production dispatch.

• Work closely with cross-functional departments including Production, Engineering, R&D, and Purchasing to ensure smooth planning flow.

• Identify potential shortages or delays and proactively support resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar planning/production control role.

• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / MFG (MFG – advantage).

• Strong Excel skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities
