About the role:

The Global Demand & S&OP Planning Manager drives S&OP excellence across Netafim. This role leads global planning processes, enhances systems, and ensures alignment between demand and supply. Success requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Lead the Global Demand & S&OP Planning team and strategy implementation of S&OP culture roadmap.

· Design and implement S&OP methods, tools, and best practices.

· Provide inputs to global supply planning within an integrated process.

· Improve planning processes for efficiency, accuracy, and agility.

· Own planning systems roadmap (Jedox, SO99) and drive adoption.

· Evaluate and implement new planning technologies.

· Lead and support local S&OP processes aligned with global standards.

· Drive scenario planning, including risks and opportunities.

· Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Requirements and qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field (MBA advantage).

· 5+ years leading S&OP (Demand, Supply, Production, Inventory).

· Experience implementing planning in global organizations.

· Strong training, facilitation, and presentation skills.

· Experience with change management methodologies.

· SAP ERP experience required.

· Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

· Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

· Able to work under tight deadlines.

· Fluent in English.
