Operations Student

We are looking for an Operations Student to join our data operations team. This is a hands-on, shift-based role in a lab environment, focused on running data collection sessions and ensuring high-quality data output. You will be part of a collaborative team working at the intersection of operations and technology.

In this position you will:

Work in shifts as part of the data operations team

Run data collection sessions according to defined protocols

Guide participants through tasks with clear instructions

Perform system setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting

Monitor sessions and ensure smooth execution

Maintain accurate documentation and data records

Collaborate closely with team members to ensure high-quality results

Work both independently and as part of a fast-paced startup environment

Our ideal candidate will:

Have at least 2 years remaining in their academic studies

Be highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented

Be action-oriented and comfortable taking ownership

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Be tech-savvy and comfortable working in a technical environment

Be able to follow structured protocols with precision

Be able to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment

Be motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

No prior experience is required - we’re looking for great people with the right mindset.

This is a part-time position, At least 14 hours a week, working daytime shifts, located in Tel Aviv (near Sarona / Hashalom train station).
