We are seeking an Experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery processes for key customers and strategic value streams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically minded, analytical, and experienced in managing complex Agile programs across cross-functional, global teams. This role requires a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage risks, improve processes, and ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of Fetcherr’s products. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery for key customers and value streams. • Own, plan, and track the full customer program lifecycle, from contract, upsell, and discovery stages through development and delivery. • Oversee the full Agile software development lifecycle and ensure each stage is executed effectively. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Global Sales teams to coordinate product delivery. • Facilitate weekly program meetings to review status, align priorities, manage risks, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders. • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and ongoing issues through mitigation and resolution. • Define, refine, and drive adoption of new processes and procedures based on continuous feedback and retrospectives. • Develop KPIs and performance indicators to track progress, delivery quality, and Agile adoption.

Requirements: You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Release Manager. • Experience working directly with customers, including managing expectations, aligning stakeholders, and supporting delivery discussions. • Strong experience with the software development lifecycle. • Experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies. • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, add-ons, and other Atlassian tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity. • Comfort managing multiple priorities and context-switching in a fast-paced environment. • The ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently. • Strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • A self-motivated, organized, efficient, and process-oriented approach. • A collaborative mindset and strong team orientation. • B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field. • Fluency in English and Hebrew. Preferred Requirements • Experience mentoring and coaching team members or peers.
