As a Data Engineering Team Lead, you will:
• Design and implement observability solutions for monitoring, overseeing and investigating the security and health of the company's products and infrastructure.
• Architect, build and maintain data platform and pipeline tools for ingestion, streaming, transformation and storage.
• Partner with security, platform and engineering teams to investigate incidents, support OPSEC research and produce forensic-ready data analysis.
• Develop interactive dashboards, automated reporting and alerting workflows that translate complex production data into actionable insights.
• Drive strategic improvements in how data shapes OPSEC policies, research, incident response and cross-team risk mitigation efforts.
If you have:
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience leading a technical team.
• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise-scale data platforms/lakes/warehouses.
• Deep familiarity with big data ecosystems and monitoring/log analysis tools used for security telemetry, distributed tracing, and incident response.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with high level proficiency in one or more programing languages (Python, Java, Go, Rust, etc.).

It would be great if you also have:
