At NGSOFT, we’re working on large-scale, impactful systems using modern technologies, and we’re looking for a strong Java Developer to join our team.
🔹 What you’ll bring:
• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring (Spring Boot) framework
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Hands-on experience building web applications, databases, and microservices at scale
• Experience with AWS
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew (written & spoken)
• A fast learner with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies and methodologies
🔹 Nice to have:
• Experience with React and TypeScript
🔹 Good to know:
• Work closely with US-based teams (flexible hours required)
• Availability for on-call shifts and occasional off-hours support
