Senior Strategic Procurement Specialist

We are looking for

For our site in Modiin, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Procurement Specialist to join the Aerospace division, specializing in the UAV domain

This is your opportunity to take a key role in managing strategic commercial engagements with major suppliers and subcontractors. You will lead complex procurement processes, drive negotiations in a dynamic and challenging environment, and play a central part in the success of the division's programs and projects

In this role you will

Take full commercial responsibility for supplier management and strategic procurement with major subcontractors

Engage with new suppliers and lead procurement contracts from requirement definition through to signature and approval

Lead negotiations and supplier strategy, including internal coordination at the group level

Draft, manage, monitor and control contracts and agreements with suppliers, subcontractors and service providers

Collaborate on a daily basis with planning, legal, finance, operations, engineering and business stakeholders

Assess commercial, contractual and operational risks and provide recommendations for exposure reduction

Requirements

Academic degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in strategic procurement, preferably in a large organization - advantage

Proven experience leading supplier contracts and strategic partnerships

Demonstrated experience in negotiations and cost reduction

Experience leading Sourcing processes in a large organization

Proven experience managing high Spend - advantage

Professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written

Strong systemic thinking, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure and multitask in uncertain conditions
