• תואר ראשון בתחומים רלוונטיים- חובה.
• תואר שני -יתרון.
• ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בניהול רכש בארגון גדול, כולל היכרות מעמיקה עם רכש טכנולוגי- חובה.
• ניסיון מוכח בניהול מו"מ מורכבים ובהיקפים משמעותיים- חובה.
• ניסיון מארגונים גדולים- יתרון משמעותי.
• הבנה ושליטה מלאה בחוזים והסכמים מורכבים.
