The Program Manager Analyst will be responsible for establishing and maintaining planning, tracking, and indicator systems for key teams/programs with the goal of improving long-term visibility and predictability and enabling data-driven decision making.
The role includes partnering with PMO and Operations to establish and execute the Project Portfolio Management process within the organization, and partnering with PMO and other stakeholders to create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap that addresses business needs and organizational capacity.
Responsibilities
• Build and facilitate plans for programs and teams.
• Provide tracking support and status analysis for managers and stakeholders.
• Develop project management solutions and measurements.
• Gather and analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Present complex data and conclusions in a clear and understandable way.
• Work effectively in a detail-oriented environment with multiple deadlines and time-critical analyses.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Registered student pursuing a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.
• At least 4 semesters remaining until graduation (must be indicated on the CV).
• Availability for at least 2.5–3 working days per week from the Haifa site.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proven experience with agentic efficiency tools.
