Senior System Engineer

We're looking for a Eeperienced System Engineer—someone who enjoys defining system architecture, writing requirements, driving technical decisions and leading multidisciplinary development from concept to delivery.

This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role focused on system architecture, requirements engineering and cross-functional technical leadership throughout the entire product development lifecycle

.You'll work closely with Software, Hardware and Firmware teams, driving system definition from concept through verification, validation and product release

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and architecture of complex multidisciplinary systems.

• Own the complete system engineering lifecycle, from concept and requirements through verification and validation.

• Define and manage system requirements for internal development teams and external partners.

• Translate product needs into clear, structured and measurable technical specifications.

• Define system architecture, functional behavior, interfaces, operational flows and control mechanisms.

• Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs), system specifications and engineering documentation.

• Lead technical trade-off analyses and drive key architectural decisions.

• Define system performance requirements, verification methodologies and acceptance criteria.

• Lead design reviews and ensure implementation aligns with system requirements.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience as a System Engineer in multidisciplinary product development.

• Proven experience defining system architecture, system requirements, interfaces and technical specifications.

• Hands-on experience writing and managing engineering documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

• Experience leading technical discussions across Software, Hardware and Firmware teams.

• Strong understanding of system verification and validation methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead technical activities in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with communication systems and end-to-end system design.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols.

• Familiarity with wireless communication technologies.

• Knowledge of communication standards such as 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi or similar.

• Understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) concepts and communication algorithms.

• Experience with system optimization, performance analysis and complex multidisciplinary architectures.
