• Full-time position
About The Position
Longevity AI is on a mission to deliver 10 billion healthy years by crafting the best health strategy for every person - an optimal lifestyle and clinical plan.
We are building a medical-grade, evidence-based operating system for proactive healthcare that turns clinical, biomarker, wearable, and lifestyle data into personalized actions in real time.
We are looking for a highly organized, independent, and trustworthy Executive Coordinator to support the company’s leadership, own key people operations, and help the Tel Aviv office run smoothly. This is a central, hands-on role requiring strong judgment, initiative, and follow-through.
The Role
You’ll help keep the company organized, coordinated, and running smoothly.
This is a broad, hands-on role combining executive support, people operations, office management, and company-wide coordination. You will work closely with leadership, employees, candidates, service providers, and external partners to ensure that priorities move forward and employees have a positive, well-supported experience.
What You’ll Do
• Support the company’s CEO and leadership with calendar management, meetings, travel arrangements, communications, and administrative follow-up.
• Join key meetings, prepare agendas and notes, track decisions and priorities, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Coordinate effectively across employees, managers, service providers, and external partners.
• Serve as a key owner of people operations, partnering with leadership to support employees, strengthen company culture, and improve the employee experience.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and administrative follow-up.
• Support team-building initiatives and create thoughtful employee experiences through company events, gifts, activities, and a welcoming workplace.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Tel Aviv office, including vendors, supplies, facilities, deliveries, and workplace needs.
• Use AI tools to improve documentation, research, communication, and execution across the company.
Must-Haves
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• High reliability, attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment where initiative, judgment, and execution matter.
Nice-to-Haves
• Previous experience supporting company leadership.
• Experience in people operations, HR, recruitment, office management, or a related operational role.
• Experience working in a technology company or startup.
• Familiarity with BambooHR and Google Workspace.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
Why Join
You will play a central role in how the company operates and how employees experience their day-to-day work.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position focused on supporting one individual. You will work across the company, supporting leadership, employees, people operations, office management, and internal coordination.
You’ll join a fast-moving team working on meaningful technology at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and longevity.
All levels of experience are welcome to apply.
