הטמעת פרויקטים ייחודיים מהותיים בתחום השכר
מתן שירות ומענה בנושאי שכר שוטפים
בניית דוחות באופק ובאקסל
סגירת הפרשות רבעוניות כולל הסבר מגמות
עבודה מטריציונית מול ממשקים שונים בחברה (אוריינטציה חזקה למערך הכספים, משאבי אנוש וגורמים נוספים)
אחריות לביצוע תשלומי השכר בחברה מול הכספים
הבנה מעמיקה בפקודת השכר כולל קליטתה בספרים
יכולת ניתוח שינויים ומגמות בהוצאות השכר

ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות כחשב שכר בארגון גדול
ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת חילן
ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים והטמעת תהליכים בתחום השכר
ניסיון בהכנת שכר להסכמים קיבוציים
שליטה מעמיקה בדיני עבודה ומיסוי
שליטה ב-OFFICE שליטה מלאה ב- EXCEL
