About The Role

We are a specialized accounting firm dedicated to solving complex tax and compliance challenges for American citizens living both in the US and abroad. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Tax Associate to join our team in Modi’in.

This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work model, blending the collaboration of in-office teamwork with the flexibility of remote work. We are looking to fill this role immediately.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will interact directly with clients and manage their US tax compliance from start to finish. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for US individuals, ensuring full compliance with current laws.

• Communicating directly with clients to understand their financial situations, gather documentation, and answer complex tax questions.

• Staying updated on evolving US tax regulations to navigate cross-border tax challenges effectively.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in US tax preparation.

• Strong foundational knowledge of US tax laws and regulations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships professionally.

• High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus. Holding a CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) license is a huge plus!
