בין יתר תחומי האחריות:
· סיוע בכלל ההיבטים של עריכת דוחות כספיים רבעוניים ושנתיים של חברה ציבורית.
· בנייה, איחוד וניתוח של דוחות כספיים בסביבה רב-מטבעית.
· עריכה של דוחות כספיים (סולו ומאוחד) ושל דוחות מס של חברות פרטיות המדווחות לחברה ציבורית.
· מעורבות במערך החשבות בקבוצה של מעל 200 תאגידים, כולל פיקוח על הנה"ח ובקרות על מאזני בוחן, מעקב אחרי סעיפים תקציביים
· בניית תקציב ומעקב אחר ביצוע
· זיהוי סוגיות חשבונאיות בהתנהלות העסקית ויכולת להביא לפתרון מלא באופן עצמאי או מול רואי החשבון.
· נכונות לעבודה מאומצת בתקופת דוחות ועמידה בלוחות זמנים.
· בנייה והטמעה של תהליכים לצורך דיווחים פיננסיים שוטפים ותקופתיים, לרבות בקרות פנימיות.
· בקרה שוטפת על עמידה בתקני IFRS והתאמה למדיניות החשבונאית של הקבוצה.
· יישום ISOX ובקרות פנימיות
· תכלול עבודות ייעוץ להקמת מבנה תאגידי, מיסוי בינלאומי, מחירי העברה וכיו"ב.
דרישות:
· רו"ח מוסמך/ת יוצא/תBig 5 .
· תפקיד חשב/ת או עוזר/ת חשב/ת בחברה ציבורית - יתרון משמעותי.
· לחלופין, לפחות 3 שנים של עבודה מול חברות בורסאיות בפירמת Big 5.
· ניסיון מעשי באיחוד דוחות כספיים ובבניית ניירות עבודה.
· יכולת התמודדות עם ריבוי משימות ולחצים.
· יכולת עבודה בצוות ומוטיבציה גבוהה.
· שליטה באקסל ברמה גבוהה, לרבות power query. בניית VBA – יתרון.
· יכולת התנסחות גבוהה.
· אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
· ניסיון בחברה ציבורית בינלאומית - יתרון.
· היכרות טובה עם קונטו ו/או פריוריטי - יתרון.
· אוריינטציה משפטית ו/או טכנולוגית - יתרון.
