Coro is seeking an AI QA Automation Manager to own the test-automation strategy across the platform and to lead the automation engineering team. In this role you will design and build autonomous AI agents that support development and testing activities with a high degree of autonomy, own quality measurement and release quality, and continuously advance automated test coverage across the product. You will report to the VP of R&D and work closely with the R&D, DevOps, and Product teams. Key responsibilities • Own and evolve Coro's test-automation strategy across the platform, and lead and grow the automation engineering team. • Partner with R&D leadership to design and build autonomous AI agents that support development and testing activities. • Own quality measurement and continuous improvement, including release quality, using data to identify and resolve recurring issues at the root. • Advance automated test coverage and quality across the product to support fast, reliable, and predictable releases. • Own load and performance testing to ensure the platform scales reliably to millions of users. • Own the mobile testing strategy and build robust, in-house automated mobile coverage. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the QA engineers embedded across the delivery teams.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. • 8+ years in QA and test automation, including 3+ years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of building or scaling a test-automation function. • Experience managing an automation or QA team, across both technical and people leadership. • Hands-on expertise with modern test-automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium). • Strong coding ability in Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript, with a focus on clean, maintainable automation code. • Experience building or applying AI and LLM agentic systems to real development and testing workflows — including agent frameworks, orchestration, tool use, RAG, and prompt engineering. • Solid CI/CD skills (GitLab pipelines and containerized test environments) and experience embedding automated tests as release gates. • A strong record of owning release quality and improving release reliability and predictability. • Ability to define quality metrics and drive continuous, data-driven improvement (test analytics and observability).• Ability to set and own a test-automation strategy and roadmap, and to design test and agent architecture with clear, well-reasoned tradeoffs. • Experience with mobile test coverage and device strategy. • Strong ownership and drive, with the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end and guide a team through change. • Excellent communication in English and Hebrew, with the ability to collaborate and influence across R&D and Product. • Comfortable working closely with distributed remote teams.
