Role Description The System Network Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, network devices, and related infrastructure in line with company and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system and network performance, managing user accounts and access permissions, and performing routine maintenance and updates. The System Network Administrator will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide hands-on support to internal teams and clients, and implement best practices for network security and data protection. The role also involves documenting configurations, maintaining accurate records of changes, and collaborating with other IT professionals to improve reliability, scalability, and security across all environments. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Network Administration skills, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Candidates should possess solid System Administration skills for Windows and/or Linux servers, including installation, patching, and user and permission management.
• Candidates should possess proven Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve system and network issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including implementing security policies, managing access controls, and supporting backup and recovery procedures.
• Relevant experience with virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, and remote management tools is highly beneficial.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar credentials are an advantage.
