We are seeking an experienced procurement manager responsible for all company procurement activities, reporting directly to the Director of Supply Chain and Procurement.
Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement processes and supplier engagements across a wide range of purchasing categories with both Israeli and global suppliers, primarily from the Far East.
• Identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities, and establish ongoing relationships and interfaces with suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare and issue competitive RFQs (Requests for Quotation), determine the most efficient sourcing strategy, and negotiate with approved suppliers.
• Draft and manage various contracts, conduct negotiations while ensuring compliance with budget and schedule targets, support transactions, and provide procurement assistance to the company's various departments.
• Conduct ongoing supplier performance reviews and ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or another relevant field – required.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement and contracting – required.
• Proven experience in procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract execution with local and international suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global procurement initiatives.
• Strong technical orientation – significant advantage.
• High level of English (spoken, written, and reading) – required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills for addressing ongoing supplier and contractor challenges.
• High motivation and a proven ability to prioritize and balance both short-term and long-term activities.
