הובלת חקר ביצועים עבור מערכות חימוש, הגנה ואחיזת שטח, כולל הגדרת שאלות, פיתוח כלי ניתוח וביצוע ניתוחים סטטיסטיים מעמיקים
ביצוע סימולציות וניתוח ביצועי מערכת לצורך תמיכה בקבלת החלטות בתהליכי פיתוח והנדסה
עבודה שוטפת מול צוותי פיתוח, מהנדסי מערכת וגורמים מבצעיים
הצגת תובנות ומסקנות ללקוחות, מנהלים וגורמי הנדסה
דרישות:
תואר טכנולוגי (הנדסה / פיזיקה / מתמטיקה / מדעי המחשב)
כ-5 שנות ניסיון בניתוח מערכות / סימולציות / דאטה / אלגוריתמים
ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות מורכבות מולטי דיסציפלינריות
ניסיון בהובלה מקצועית ו/או ניהול צוותים או פרויקטים
שליטה בכלי AI ו-MATLAB ו/או Python – יתרון משמעותי
ניסיון במערכות ביטחוניות – יתרון
ניסיון בעבודה מול לקוחות מבצעיים / מפא"ת / צה"ל – יתרון
