About the role:
We’re now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global TA team.
Join us in shaping the future of Port, with a focus on GTM, G&A, Customer Success positions globally.
About your day-to-day:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across a wide variety of business and various functions globally, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role strategy, calibrate profiles, advise on market realities, and drive hiring decisions.
• Act as a true business partner throughout the process, bringing structure, insights, and strong judgment rather than simply coordinating interviews.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and engage high-quality passive talent through thoughtful outreach and market mapping.
• Bring data and recruiting insights into conversations to improve hiring effectiveness and support better decision-making.
• Help strengthen Port’s employer brand and candidate experience across every touchpoint.
Requirements:
• Up tp 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within SaaS or high-growth tech companies, experience working as part of a global recruiting team.
• Highly versatile recruiter with experience supporting multiple business functions and managing complex hiring environments.
• Strong business partnering mindset. You know how to work closely with leaders, influence conversations, build trust, and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
• High level of intelligence, curiosity, and learning agility. You quickly understand organizations, teams, and talent dynamics.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and a proactive recruiting mindset. You know how to identify and engage top talent, not just manage inbound pipelines.
