A leading defense company is seeking an Electro-Optics Engineer to join an advanced R&D team working on cutting-edge navigation and electro-optical systems.
Responsibilities:
• Development, optimization, and redesign of electro-optical sensors and subsystems
• Investigation and resolution of complex technical issues in electro-optical systems
• Design and implementation of innovative processes to improve system performance and product quality
• Development of new equipment and dedicated engineering fixtures
• Evaluation, integration, and deployment of new technologies into production environments
• Leading the introduction of new equipment into production lines, including integration activities and technical training
• Collaboration with suppliers and external partners on optical and electro-optical solutions
• Working with advanced optical technologies, including lasers, mirrors, and fiber-optic components
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Electro-Optics Engineering or M.Sc. in Physics / Electro-Optics
• At least 3 years in optical or electro-optical systems development - MUST
• Strong knowledge of electro-optical systems, optical sensors, and related technologies
• Experience with fiber optics, lasers, optical assemblies, or advanced optical components – advantage
