• Own the game’s core KPIs and business outcomes across engagement, retention, monetization, and player experience.

• Build and execute the game roadmap based on business goals, player behavior, and growth opportunities.

• Lead LiveOps planning and execution, including tournaments, promotions, events, and ongoing game optimization.

• Monitor game performance and player trends, and translate insights into actionable product and business initiatives.

• Work closely with Product, R&D, Design, Data, Economy, Monetization, QA, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact improvements.

• Develop and implement creative strategies to drive engagement, retention, and monetization.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and the financial performance of the game.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

• Stay closely connected to market trends, player needs, and the competitive landscape to continuously evolve the game.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional processes and turn strategy into execution.

• High ownership, strong prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
