Original listing · kept for referenceFor our site in Holon, we are looking for an EMC Team Leader to join a multidisciplinary engineering environment developing advanced defense technologies with real operational impact. This is an opportunity to lead EMC engineering activities across innovative products, work with cutting-edge technologies, and influence system performance from early design stages through qualification and integration
In This Role You Will
Lead EMC engineering activities and support product development from concept to qualification
Design filters and lightning protection solutions for electronic interfaces and integrate them into board layouts
Define, characterize, and execute qualification processes and EMC validation activities
Support system architecture and electronic design aspects related to EMC performance
Work closely with multidisciplinary development teams, customers, and external interfaces in Israel and abroad
Ensure compliance with military and aviation EMC standards and regulations
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the EMC engineering team
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
M.Sc. in Physics or a related field - Advantage
At least 3 years of experience as an EMC Engineer - Advantage
Experience with simulation tools such as HFSS, FEKO, CST, Matlab, and P-Spice - Advantage
Knowledge in RF chain design and interface filtering - Advantage
Experience working with MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-704 and RTCA DO-160 standards - Advantage
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, initiate processes, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
