Position Overview-
• Mechanical Engineering Team Lead heading a multi-disciplinary engineering squad tasked with the design, scaling, and lifecycle support of next-generation motion solutions.
• Taking full end-to-end (E2E) ownership of complex engineering projects, managing timelines, product specs, and strict quality benchmarks from concept to deployment.
• Architecting high-precision motion systems and complex optomechanical or electromechanical structures within a dense, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Driving the complete product development lifecycle, including technical specification definition, 3D modeling, prototyping, validation testing, and New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production.
• Building, mentoring, and scaling the engineering team's technical capabilities, while introducing structured engineering methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional global interfaces, including Operations, System Architecture, Quality Assurance, and Product Management.
• Core Ecosystem Mechanical Design, Precision Motion Systems, Electromechanical Systems, Electromagnetic Motors, NPI, Team Leadership, and Cross-functional Project Management.
