Job Description
• Serve as a lead reliability authority within Tower semiconductor.
• Develop and lead implementation of reliability qualification plans for established platforms such as BCD and RF-SOI and new process technologies such as silicon photonics
• Serve as a technical liaison with business units within Tower Semiconductor, proactively guiding device development with a focus on design for reliability
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating insights from prior technology generations and proactively performing comprehensive risk assessments
• Analyze failures to identify potential root causes and collaborate with R&D and Fab engineering teams to develop and implement effective solutions

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or Physics. Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Experience in a similar role – a significant advantage
• Familiar with semiconductor devices and electrical circuits.
• Familiar with semiconductor processes.
• Experience and knowledge in Electrical test, and electrical testers operation.
• Strong ability to work independently
• Background in programing.
• Good Communication skills.
• English – High level.
