Role Description The HR Coordinator (רכז/ת מש"א) will support day-to-day human resources operations and employee lifecycle processes at Danlog. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities (posting positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews), assisting with onboarding and orientation, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and employee records. The role also involves supporting payroll and attendance processes, handling employee queries, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The HR Coordinator will help organize training and development activities, support performance management processes, and contribute to employee engagement and welfare initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based Ariel.
