About the Role:
We are looking for an Infrastructure Operations / NOC Engineer to join a 24/7 operations team responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining critical production infrastructure.
This is a hands-on operational role that requires more than simply acknowledging alerts and forwarding tickets. The successful candidate should understand the systems behind the alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, assess impact, prioritize incidents, document findings, and escalate effectively when required.
The position is suitable for a junior-to-mid-level operations professional with strong technical fundamentals and practical experience in NOC, infrastructure operations, system administration, or production support.
Full-time position, based in Herzliya.
Requirements:
• Hands-on NOC experience with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Practical experience investigating and resolving technical issues.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing (Private/Public IPs, Loopback, APIPA, and basic CIDR).
• Good knowledge of core networking protocols and services, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Firewalls.
• Experience working with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Ability to analyze incidents, identify root causes, and work effectively with technical teams to resolve issues.
