About the Role
A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced ADO & Monday Platform Administrator to join its Information Systems team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Azure DevOps and Monday.com platforms. You'll work closely with business and technology teams, manage users and permissions, support enterprise projects, and help improve organizational processes through modern collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain Azure DevOps and Monday.com platforms.
• Configure and customize system functionality based on business requirements.
• Manage users, permissions, and software licenses.
• Ensure platform availability, security, and system performance.
• Work with external vendors on upgrades, incidents, and enhancements.
• Support implementation projects across multiple business units.
• Train end users and provide ongoing technical support.
• Monitor system usage, performance, and adoption metrics.
• Drive process improvements and workflow automation.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience administering or implementing enterprise information systems.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Monday.com, including user management, permissions, and configuration.
• Experience gathering business requirements and implementing system solutions.
• Experience working with business users and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
