    The Role

    The Travel Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all travel-related activities for the executive leadership team (C-Level).

    The role requires exceptional planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless execution of complex domestic and international travel schedules,

    while supporting business priorities and maintaining the highest level of service and discretion.’

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate domestic and international travel for C-Level executives.

    • Manage flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and travel documentation.

    • Build and maintain detailed travel itineraries.

    • Handle travel changes, disruptions, and last-minute requests.

    • Coordinate with Executive Assistants, Security, Operations, and travel vendors.

    • Support travel logistics for conferences, meetings, and company events.

    • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and approval processes.

    • Maintain travel records and support budget tracking.

    • Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel.
