• ריכוז וניהול הממשקים השוטפים בין מפעל הגנה לבין חברות הבנות של המפעל ברחבי העולם.
• מעקב אחר תהליכים עסקיים ותפעוליים מול חברות בנות וגורמים רלוונטיים במפעל לרבות הטמעת תהליכי עבודה.
• קידום זרימת מידע שוטפת בין כלל הממשקים והצפת פערים או חסמים בזמן אמת.
• ריכוז, מעקב ורישום תוכניות עבודה, דיווחים רבעוניים, עסקאות, הזמנות ואספקות.
• תיאום ומעקב אחר תהליכי הצעות מחיר, RFP/BQ בל"מים, חוזים והתקשרויות.
• סיוע בתיאום והטמעת תהליכי עבודה אחידים בין IAI לבין החברות הבנות.
• תיאום מול ממשקים רוחביים במפעל ובמטה החטיבה, לרבות תכנון ובקרה, כספים, פיתוח עסקי, הנדסה, רכש, תפעול וחוזים.
