Original listing · kept for reference

About Us We’ve been profitable since day one. Never raised a dollar. Quietly built one of the most efficient programmatic acquisition engines on the planet, processing a billions of ad decisions a day, generating TBs of live behavioral data, and turning it into margin most SaaS companies would kill for. Now, we're setting to increase the company's visibility and positioning in the market. The AI wave cracked open a window to reposition the business, launch our consumer AI products (amongst them Ace AI browser) and access capital markets for the first time. That window won’t stay open forever. We’re looking for a COO who can build the operating system for what comes next. Someone sharp enough to shape the strategy and hands-on enough to make it land. What You’ll Do Corporate Strategy: Lead competitive positioning research. Support the development and continuous refinement of the company narrative as the company, market, and competitive landscape evolve. Fundraising & Strategic Finance: Help define and explore multiple fundraising paths. Build and manage relationships with private equity funds, banks, and strategic partners. Own and coordinate the fundraising process from initial outreach through execution and closing. Corporate Development & Partnerships: Source and evaluate acquisition, partnership, and commercial opportunities that can expand the company’s talent base, strengthen programmatic supply, or create new monetization opportunities. Company Operating Cadence: Establish and manage the company’s operating rhythm, ensuring business priorities are clearly tracked, budgets remain aligned, and core KPIs progress in line with company goals. Operational Leadership: Partner with VP HR, Finance, and functional leaders to oversee people strategy, budgeting, compensation planning, and cross-functional operating processes.

Requirements: • 7+ years in senior operating or strategy roles at a scaling tech company. You’ve lived the 100-to-500 person journey. • Adtech or consumer internet background. You speak programmatic, performance marketing, or consumer product economics without needing a translator. • Financing experience. You’ve run or been close to a PE, growth equity, or debt process and know what investor-ready actually means. • Corp dev track record. Partnerships, M&A, or both. You know how to build a pipeline and close. • Operator instincts. Commercially sharp, builder mentality, high trust, low drama. Arpeely has no playbook for this phase. You’ll write it. • AI native. You use AI as a core part of how you work, for external research, internal analysis, and day-to-day execution. This is a baseline expectation, not a differentiator.
