We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Hardware Engineer specializing in Failure Analysis and Design Review. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog circuit design (preferably power electronics) and digital circuits, combined with extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. This role involves leading failure investigations, reviewing new product designs, and mentoring team engineers to ensure best practices and high product reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform Failure Analysis on complex field issues in power conversion systems for the solar energy market.
• Lead Design Reviews for new products, providing insights to improve reliability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Mentor and guide team engineers, sharing expertise in power, analog and digital circuit design.
• Prepare detailed technical reports.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Master’s or Ph.D. is an advantage).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in analog circuit design (preferably power electronics) and digital circuits.
• Proven experience in Failure Analysis and deep understanding of manufacturing and testing processes.
• High-level proficiency in technical English (reading, writing, speaking).
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong background in Power Electronics- significant advantage.
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB – advantage.
