We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Next Generation Product design for automated manufacturing team. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of mechanical design, system engineering and rapid prototyping within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and experienced engineer, passionate about driving innovation in medical device environment, and capable of navigating multidisciplinary challenges across electro micromechanical, automation, and system-level domains.

You will play a pivotal role in translating cutting-edge research into practical, manufacturable solutions. This position is tailored for an innovative thinker who can challenge conventional approaches and consider the broader implications of design choices.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of automation for production of our products.

• Manage projects from principal idea through feasibility, prototyping , design, testing and handoff to production.

• Integrate mechanical design with system-level constraints including mechanics, robotics, electronics,.

• Perform engineering analyses, simulations, and experimental prototyping.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, vision ,algorithms, and manufacturing.

• Investigate and assess new technologies for potential integration into future manufacture lines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.Sc. to Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in developing complex mechanical systems.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, dynamics, materials science, and electromechanical systems.

• Experience in micro-mechanisms is an advantage.

• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks).

• Engineering simulation knowledge is advantage

• Fluent in English and Hebrew.

• Strong problem-solving skills and cutting-edge system-level thinking.
