We're hiring a VP of Sales to own GO-OUT's go-to-market engine and drive revenue growth across all our markets.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be closing strategic deals yourself, building the playbook, and personally accountable for the number. It's not a pure-management seat.
About GO-OUT
GO-OUT is a live events operating system and ticketing marketplace handling real venues, real promoters, and real transactions across Israel, Greece, Cyprus, Romania the UK, Serbia, Bulgaria, and more. Our GTM motion spans direct sales to event organizers and venues, channel and partnership deals, and market expansion into new geographies. The environment is fast-moving and the sales surface area is broad — from closing new logos to structuring white-label partnerships to expanding into new markets.
What you'll own
• Revenue targets and the full sales pipeline, from pipeline generation to close
• GTM strategy: who we sell to, how we position, and how we price
• Direct ownership of strategic and enterprise deals (major venues, promoters, white-label partners)
• Sales process, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and pipeline discipline
• Market expansion playbooks as we grow into new geographies
• Hiring and coaching the sales team as we scale
• Close, day-to-day collaboration with leadership, marketing, and product on positioning and packaging
What we're looking for
A senior sales leader who still carries a number personally, has built or scaled a sales function in a fast-moving company, and is ready to own GTM end to end — or has done so before in a small, high-ownership environment. You think commercially, stay calm under pressure, understand unit economics and business impact, and can move fast without losing rigor.
Required experience
• Sales leadership Track record of building and running a sales team, hitting revenue targets, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• GTM strategy Experience owning go-to-market from positioning through pricing to channel strategy, ideally in a multi-sided marketplace or platform business.
• Process and tools Strong command of CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management — you bring structure and discipline to a growing sales org.
Strong advantages
• Experience in ticketing, live events, hospitality, or marketplace businesses
• Background selling into venues, promoters, or B2B2C platforms
• Experience expanding sales motion into new international markets
• Familiarity with payments or fintech-adjacent GTM
