Full Stack Engineer

We're an early-stage startup building a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform from the ground up. We're looking for a mid-level to senior Software Engineer to join our founding team and help shape a modern, scalable clinical platform.

Our mission

The Long-Term Care industry still runs on fragmented legacy systems that make it difficult for care teams to see the full clinical picture. At Cura9, we're building a Clinical Decision Platform that unifies clinical data and enables better, faster decisions for healthcare providers. Our goal is to bring modern SaaS infrastructure to one of healthcare's most complex and underserved environments.

The Challenge

You'll help design and build a modern multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform that handles structured clinical data, complex care workflows, and cross-disciplinary collaboration between healthcare teams. This is a foundational role - you'll work closely with a small team that's shaping the platform architecture and product experience from the ground up.

Why join us?

This is a high-impact role in an early-stage startup. You'll not only write code, but influence the platform's architecture, data model, and overall product experience. You'll work with hands-on technical leadership and product to define how the system is built and how healthcare teams interact with it. If you thrive on ownership and want to shape both the technology and the engineering culture from the start, this is the role for you.

In this role, you will :

•      Build scalable frontend experiences in React, or backend services in Go (or both)

•      Own features end-to-end: from design and implementation through testing and production deployment

•      Collaborate with your team lead on architecture decisions and technical strategy

•      Learn multi-tenant architecture and best practices as the platform scales

•      Contribute to code quality through thoughtful code reviews and documentation

•      Help integrate the platform with Priority ERP systems

•      Work closely with product and leadership to turn requirements into scalable solutions

What we're looking for:

•      5-10+ years of experience building SaaS products or cloud-native systems

•      At least 5 years of hands-on experience with React (frontend-focused track)  and Go (backend track).

•      Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern deployment practices

•      Experience with databases, APIs, and building reliable systems

•      Experience using LLMs for code generation

•      Ability to take ownership of features and drive them to completion

•      Strong communication skills and comfort working in a small, collaborative team

•      BSc in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have:

•      Experience with multi-tenant architecture or SaaS scaling

•      Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

•      Experience integrating with ERP platforms (e.g., Priority)

•      Previous experience in an early-stage startup

•      Experience with healthcare systems (not required - we'll teach you the domain)

If you're excited about building products from zero and working in a high-ownership environment, we'd love to hear from you.
