About the Job
Elta Systems is looking for a Project Manager – Power Systems to join the Engineering & Systems Division.
This role offers an opportunity to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from contract signing through final delivery to the customer, while managing technical, organizational, professional, and financial aspects.
What the Role Includes:
• End-to-end project management, including leadership and involvement in key project decisions across technical, organizational, professional, and financial domains.
• Leading and managing experiments, tests, and surveys in Israel and abroad.
• Matrix management of multidisciplinary teams, including Hardware, Software, and Mechanical Engineering disciplines.
• Ongoing management of subcontractors and external partners.
• Managing and controlling work packages, procurement and equipment processes, and project risks.
• Managing the business and system-level relationship with customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Requirements:
• B.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering & Management – mandatory.
• M.B.A. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management – an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex/system projects – mandatory.
• High level of English proficiency – mandatory.
• Willingness to travel abroad and work additional hours when required – mandatory.
• Experience in defense or high-tech companies – an advantage.
• Experience managing projects with international manufacturers – an advantage.
