The product delivers fast, offline results with emotional analysis based on peer-reviewed speech emotion recognition research, and avoids per-token usage fees by running models locally. LPS Solutions was founded by former CISOs and R&D leaders from medical-device companies, together with a veteran of an elite technology unit, bringing deep expertise in PII, PHI, and compliance. Role Description The Chief Executive Officer will provide overall strategic leadership for LPS Solutions, setting the vision, defining long-term goals, and ensuring alignment across product, engineering, sales, and operations. In this full-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, the CEO will oversee day-to-day company operations, manage senior leadership, and drive execution on business plans and product roadmap. The position includes responsibility for financial performance, fundraising and investor relations, and building partnerships in sectors such as healthcare, clinical research, and security-sensitive industries. The CEO will lead market expansion efforts, guide pricing and go-to-market strategies, and represent the company in key customer, regulatory, and industry forums. This role also involves fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining strong governance and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to manage budgets, financial forecasting, capital allocation, and investor communications.

• Proven Operations Management and Strategic Planning experience to design scalable processes, set measurable objectives, and drive organizational efficiency.

• Demonstrated Sales and market development capabilities, including building go-to-market strategies, leading commercial teams, and growing revenue in B2B or enterprise environments.

• Background in leading technology or data-focused organizations, ideally within regulated sectors such as healthcare, medical devices, security, or enterprise software.

• Experience working with privacy, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., PII/PHI, healthcare or data protection regulations) and translating them into business and product decisions.

• Ability to build, motivate, and retain diverse cross-functional teams, with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Track record of successful fundraising, board management, and investor relations is highly beneficial.
