Sub-Contractor Manager

DRS RADA Technologies, a leading defense company developing and manufacturing life-saving radar systems, is seeking a Subcontractor Manager for its manufacturing facility in Beit She’an.

Overall responsibility for the management, coordination, and control of subcontractor activities בארץ ובעולם, including leading planning, engagement, execution, and continuous improvement processes.

The role involves working with global suppliers, managing multiple internal interfaces, and ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of global subcontractors.

• Leading subcontractor onboarding, qualification, and engagement processes.

• Building and managing work plans and resource planning.

• Monitoring and controlling performance: quality and deliveries.

• Risk management and identification of gaps within the supply chain.

• Leading improvement and efficiency processes with subcontractors.

• Ongoing collaboration with internal interfaces: Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.

• Managing and leading reports, KPIs, and analyses to support decision-making.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing subcontractors / global suppliers – mandatory

• Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment within the electronics industry – mandatory

• High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Priority / SAP – advantage)

• High level of English (spoken, reading, and writing) – mandatory

• Education: Relevant Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
