Our team advises on the development, financing, construction, and operation of large-scale infrastructure projects in Israel and abroad.
The role includes drafting and negotiating agreements, managing tender processes, advising on regulatory matters, and working on project finance, concession, and construction agreements.
The department is active across a variety of sectors, including electricity, water, gas & oil, transportation, and defense, and advises clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their projects.
Requirements:
▪ 1–4 years of experience in Project Finance, Corporate, or Commercial law
▪ Experience in infrastructure projects and/or project finance – a significant advantage
▪ Excellent English
