Position Overview-

• Automation Engineering Team Lead taking direct personnel and professional responsibility over an organic squad of experienced automation developers, reporting to the QA Manager.

• Serving as a crucial technical and strategic function, maintaining a high-impact Hands-On presence while defining the architectural vision for the company's centralized R&D automation platform.

• Architecting and scaling a robust, hyper-scalable infrastructure designed to support, streamline, and accelerate the validation workflows of hundreds of engineers across the entire R&D organization.

• Driving modern engineering, CI/CD, and orchestration practices to ensure continuous product quality and extreme reliability for a high-throughput, cloud-native enterprise product.

• Core Stack (Position Specific) -Playwright, TypeScript, Python, Pytest, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Requirements-

• 2+ years of proven experience in direct people management / technical team leadership within a software testing or automation group – Mandatory

• 6+ years of professional automation development experience focusing heavily on building robust infrastructure frameworks using Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Node.js – Mandatory

• Elite pedigree working within innovative, fast-paced tech startups or modern, high-growth product engineering companies (Cloud/SaaS native ecosystems) – Mandatory

• Deep, practical mastery of modern automated testing frameworks, with a distinct advantage for hands-on experience in Playwright or Pytest – Significant Advantage

• Prior professional background working within the Cybersecurity / Cloud Security sector – Significant Advantage

• Solid technical understanding of containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) or infrastructure pipelines – Advantage
